All ticket sales are final. Outlet Presents does not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, illness, travel issues, or event lineup changes. This applies whether tickets are purchased through a listed ticketing partner or directly from Outlet Presents.
Age restrictions
Most Outlet Presents events are 18+ or 21+. The age restriction for each event is listed on that event's page and on the ticket itself — check before you buy. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the door for entry, no exceptions. Outlet Presents is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid or missing ID.
Event changes & cancellations
Lineups, set times, venues, and dates are subject to change without notice. If an event is cancelled outright (not rescheduled) by Outlet Presents, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at purchase with instructions specific to that event. Support acts, openers, or schedule shuffles are not grounds for a refund.
Entry & venue rules
Entry is subject to search and the house rules of the venue hosting the event. Outlet Presents and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for intoxication, disorderly conduct, or violation of venue policy, without refund.
Resale & transfers
Tickets are non-transferable unless a specific event listing says otherwise. Outlet Presents is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial resellers or third parties and cannot guarantee their validity.
